A beach house is for weekends and holidays, to have fun and relaxation. A sea facing beach house design can soothe and relax you away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It can be a small but luxurious beach home right on the sands with your own private beach.
Or it can be a nice condo on a sea facing promenade with a beautiful balcony with nice beach chairs. What kind of beach house decor will you choose while doing your beach home decorating? You can incorporate ideas from ocean and nautical life to make a distinctively decorated beautiful beach home.
An optimal mixture of light and bright colors representing the sun, sand and blue sky will make your beach home look gorgeous, and elegant.
Naples, Florida. Designed by Jordan Design Studio, Ltd, this coastal home is full of personality and it feels unpredictable to me, and that’s always refreshing.
Your beach house should have a light, laid-back and relaxing feel. Clean whites, cool blues, seafoam greens and light yellows offer a charming and attracting.
A beach house isn't complete unless it has a porch swing. Fabulous set of porch bed swings – Shared from –>> Attic Mag
The Gulf breeze helps to keep bugs away on this open porch where a pair of swings allow a crowd of beach-goers to relax in the evening, or sleep outside all night.
While there is an unlimited way to dress a swinging bed, there are only a limited number of ways to hang them.
After seeing these using only two ceiling bolts, Mr Shops decided to hang ours similarly.
Even though the bolts go directly into a ceiling joist (a must!), he added a 3' x 3' steel angle that spans from each joist and across the one in-between, to spread out the weight evenly.
In order to miss our ceiling fan blades (and so it wouldn’t have to be moved), our end chains meet about 7 feet from the floor, to a single chain that takes it to the ceiling.
Pretty Beach House, near Sydney, Australia is an exclusive food-lovers Hamptons-esque with private beach house resort just outside of Sydney that takes the concept of ‘weekend’ getaway to a new level. via designrulz.com
The resort is made up of three private pavilions; relaxed, non-pretencious and homely beach villas nestled discreetly into a landscape full of hundreds of old gum trees which stand there like living art sculptures.
A sense of peace and quiet descends upon you as soon as you arrive, ushering you into instant relaxation-mode.
The villas interiors are luxurious but not over the top and feature raw, natural materials which blend in with the more ‘designer’ elements.
Privacy is paramount which is why, we guess, each villa also has its own private swimming pool.
There are no TVs in the villas, just a Bose Soundock with iPod and wireless internet (for online-junkies) so there’s nothing else to do but slide from day bed to pool and back again in a haze of sedation, facilitated by attentive staff who materialise at your every whim.

House of Turquoise: Amy Tyndall Design
Not only do I love the soft beachy color palette and coastal touches throughout this Figure 8 Island home in North Carolina designed by Amy Tyndall, the architectural details are incredible too! The cathedral ceiling in the great room is beyond gorgeous, the paint color is just lovely (Restoration Hardware Silver Sage), and I'm obsessed with the custom subway tile in the kitchen! Such a dreamy getaway!
Pretty, especially if the coral isn't real. No need to further destroy reefs for trophies. Buy it for $59.00, on wisteria
Made of plaster, this handy coral shelf is definitely what one would call an item where form meets function. It has keyhole nail mounts on the back, so it acts as a floating shelf, but the textures of the Atlantis coral beneath will cast interesting shadows making you feel like you're scuba diving in the great Coral Reef.
outdoor shower.. Love this one.. Love the natural privacy.. Mine has huge banana trees for privacy.. Beach house needs one..
BEAUTIFUL! Love the view, the open staircase, the decor...stunning
The FABULOUS NETTLETON 199......A Home by SAOTA. This is another beautiful masterpiece designed by the South African based architects SAOTA(Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects). This is the Nettleton 199 property, which is a modern home overlooking Clifton, in Cape Town South Africa. This home is absolutely breathtaking with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lions Head. The dramatic interiors were designed by OKHA. SAOTA is one of my favorite architects, and this is just one of many of the spectacular homes that they've designed.
Just imagine living in this Beach House - with the doors wide open to the water and view... amazing...

Beach house..one day the beach will be my back yard!!
This would even be a great idea to cover photo frames. I may try this in my dinning room area.
Not so fond of the stark modern look, but the room divider made of (I'm guessing) birch with the bark still on? Lovely! Found on theberry.com
I don't care if we are on the beach or not. But I will have the chairs and fire pit. :) Found on blog.diynetwork.com
Gulf Front Florida residence. Beach house. Winding staircase. Very cool but very hard to keep clean with all the salt in the air.. Found on houzz.com. Made by faourglass
This beach house is a simple and beautiful summer cottage surrounded by the amazing landscape of Churchhaven, west coast national park in South Africa.
I love the big square glass containers filled with sand & candles. (Would love to know what the containers are they look fairly large).
Beach home or Home in the water or boat house, but is this really a boat? Either way it would be amazing!
Newport Beach House with an outdoor grill station. I fell in love with its easy and modern take on rustic. by ericolsendesign
Nautilus Shell sink! Such a cool sink for a beach house.
This unique washbasin by HighTech Design was inspired by the spiral shape of ammonite shell. In case you didn’t know, Ammonites are an extinct species of free-swimming molluscs who lived in the ancient oceans around the same time that the dinosaurs walked the Earth and disappeared during the same extinction event. It looks absolutely beautiful, but as some have pointed out – “must be a pain in the ass to clean.

This Florida beach house surprises with bold wall designs! The decor theme is beachy with driftwood grays, blue furnishings, and colorful art. In the dining room, decorative wall panels frame oversized letters that spell out beach house. Use this idea to create an Accent Wall! In this case, all the walls are panelled with wood that resembles the smooth weathered look of driftwood. Found on completely-coastal
