How to lose 3 kg in 2 weeksFor the procedure to be successful, nutritionist recommends adequate hydration. Thus, each day will drink 6 glasses of water. Mihaela Bilic, celebrity nutritionist, has created a menu that promises loosening up to 3 pounds in two weeks. For the results to be lasting, must regime lasted three months, and between the three main meals will be served two snacks of fruit or vegetables.

Monday, breakfast consists of coffee, a slice of bread and an omelet from an egg and a slice of ham. At noon, the doctor recommends 200 grams of beef grilled and 50 grams of cooked pasta, then add a tablespoon of olive oil. Dinner should contain 100 grams of smoked salmon with a salad without mayonnaise.


Tuesday, we eat breakfast coffee, a boiled egg, 150 ml of natural yoghurt and a slice of bread. Lunch should consist of half a grilled chicken breast with four or five tablespoons of green beans then add a cube of 10 grams of butter. Evening eating 200 grams of grilled chicken livers with four tablespoons of cooked rice and coleslaw.


Wednesday breakfast eat a slice of bread with cheese and tomato paste. Coffee will not miss any this morning, says Dr. Bilic. Lunch is recommended 200 grams of grilled beef with a baked potato and a salad of pickles. Dinner must consist of 150 grams of smoked chicken, cut pieces, and a large salad mixes.


Thursday morning we recommend coffee, a glass of milk at 1.5% fat and a slice of bread with ham. Lunch: 200 grams of pork grilled with 4-5 tablespoons of boiled cabbage and a slice of bread. Dinner consists of 200 grams of cottage cheese with two tablespoons of cream with 12% fat and four tablespoons of polenta.


Friday morning drink tea and eat a slice of bread smeared with a little butter and jam. Lunch should consist of pasta with tomato sauce. Evening eating 200 grams of grilled fish with 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable mixes.


Saturday, breakfast will consist of cups of milk with whole grains. At lunch, a soup and a roast Beef grilled chicken breast with lettuce. Dinner should contain 200 grams of beef grilled with 6 mushrooms fried pickles and salad, says Dr. Bilic.


Sunday, for breakfast, we eat two hot dogs, a tablespoon of mustard and a slice of bread. Lunch is recommended chicken soup and a mixed salad with canned tuna. For dinner eat a tomato mozzarella with a grilled pork chop, 4 tablespoons of mashed potatoes and a salad of pickles, concludes Dr. Bilic.
